KRAV MAGA

Developed in the 1940's by Imi Lichtenfeld, Krav Maga is a self defense system based on real life scenarios and confrontations. It is not a martial art, it is a combative system. It is designed to be learned quickly by ANYONE, regardless of age, size or experience. It’s effectiveness comes from its simple, adaptable techniques and principles. Krav Maga has been battle-tested and used throughout the United States by various law enforcement agencies and is the official close quarters combat system of the Israeli military.

On Point Krav Maga contains aspects of Boxing, Kickboxing, Judo, Jiu-jitsu and Wrestling. We also teach how to defend against edged weapons, blunt weapons (bats, sticks, etc), gun threats and multiple attackers.
