E.S.C.A.P.E. (Essential Strategies for Conflict Avoidance, Protection, and Evasion)

This seminar will teach you how to create a "Personal Protection Blueprint"—a personalized strategy to navigate the world safely and handle unexpected or potentially hostile interactions with strangers.

 

The goal is to develop a mental and physical toolkit that leverages social skills, appearance, and situational awareness to avoid conflict (if possible) and pass through areas unharmed. Participants will gain practical skills and strategies using both verbal and non-verbal techniques, as well as select physical techniques to maintain safety and distance and escape the aggressor(s).

Pepper Spray for Personal Protection ​

This seminar aims to equip participants with practical skills and strategies for effectively using pepper spray as a self-defense tool. Attendees will learn how to navigate potentially dangerous environments and interactions safely, utilizing both verbal and physical techniques. The seminar will cover important topics such as the legal and ethical considerations of using pepper spray, pre-fight deployment techniques, methods for asserting personal space, and strategies for handling various conflict scenarios. The goal is to enhance participants’ ability to protect themselves and de-escalate situations before they escalate into violence.

Women's Only "Get Off Me" Course 

This course provides the skills to break away from an assailants attachments and other physical skills prevent being overwhelmed, assaulted or abducted. We work from all distances (Social space > Personal space > Close Quarters ) and include training with armed and unarmed striking and grappling to be able to access and utilize tools and force multipliers, such as flashlights, tools with points and edges, and improvised weapons
