  • Who is Krav Maga designed for?
    Krav Maga is designed to be learned quickly by anyone, regardless of age, size or prior experience. Our Krav Maga program is for men and women who are serious about learning self defense. Everyone trains, sweats, and learns together.
  • How fit do I have to be?
    All fitness and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
  • What equipment do I need/What should I wear?
    For your first class, wear proper athletic attire, clean, flat -oled gym shoes, and bring a bottle of water. All members are required to purchase an equipment package consisting of 7oz MMA gloves, shin guards, groin protector (men and women), head protector and On Point uniform shirt.
  • How often should I train?
    We recommend training at least two days per week to see improvement. Three days per week is ideal!
  • How old do I have to be?
    On Point Krav Maga currently offers adults only (18+) fitness and self defense classes. Private small group sessions can accomodate ages 13+, contact us for more information.
  • Should I still go to the gym?
    Physical fitness is an essential part of your training at On Point. With our memberships you have access to Level Up Small Group Fitness Classes such as: Transformation 101, Integrated Yoga, HIIT Fit and more!
  • What is a class like?
    Krav Maga classes include various striking, grappling and self defense drills. This means every class is different and focuses on a certain skillset. We also offer Open Mat & Pad Work sessions.
  • I've never done anything like this before, is that okay?
    Yes, as long as you are committed to learning and growing! We offer a fundamentals class specificaly tailored to beginners.
  • Where do you hold classes?
    Our training space is located at 212 Calvery Street in Waltham, MA.
  • Do you offer personal training or private lessons?

  • How much is a membership?
    We offer unlimited Classes 5 days per week for only $150.00 per month.
  • Can I try out a class before buying a membership?
    Yes, sign up on our contact page and we will reach out to schedule your free trial and group classes (our semi-private intro classes are typically held on Sundays from 12pm-1pm).
