Krav Maga is designed to be learned quickly by anyone, regardless of age, size or prior experience.
Our Krav Maga program is for anyone who wants to learn to stay safe, and train in a positive environment. Here, everyone works, sweats, and learns together.
All fitness and experience levels are welcome and encouraged to attend.
For your first class, wear proper athletic attire, clean, flat -oled gym shoes, and bring a bottle of water.
All members are required to purchase an equipment package consisting of 7oz MMA gloves, shin guards, groin protector (men and women), head protector and On Point uniform shirt.
We recommend training at least two days per week to see improvement. Three days per week is ideal!
On Point Krav Maga currently offers adults only (18+) fitness and self defense classes.
Private small group sessions can accomodate ages 13+, contact us for more information.
Physical fitness is an essential part of your training at On Point. With our memberships you have access to Level Up Small Group Fitness Classes such as: Transformation 101, Integrated Yoga, HIIT Fit and more!
Krav Maga classes include various striking, grappling drills, games and freework. This means every class is different and focuses on learning a certain skillset.
Yes, as long as you are committed to learning and growing! We offer a fundamentals class specificaly tailored to beginners.
